Q)How old does my little one have to be?
A)There is no restriction on the age of the children we photograph, although we do specialise in younger children, newborn babies and toddlers.
Q)Do you cater for family photo shoot sessions, and are there any additional costs for these?
A)Yes, we do provide a family photo shoot service. For more information on this service, including pricing please visit the family photo shoots page of the website.
Q)How long will the photo shoot last?
A)We do not allocate a set time to your photo shoot session. The photo shoot will last as long as is necessary for us to get a good number of shots that you are happy with.
As is the case when working with babies and children, their mood will often have an impact on the duration of the photo shoot, and usually a short break or two is beneficial. As a guide, photo shoot sessions typically last around an hour.
Q)What areas do you cover for your home photo shoot service?
A)We operate our home photo shoot service throughout the West Midlands region. The most common areas covered are: Birmingham, Brierley Hill, Dudley, Halesowen, Kidderminster, Sandwell, Solihull, Stourbridge, Walsall and Wolverhampton. If you are unsure if your area is covered, please contact us.
Q)Do I need to do anything during the photo shoot?
A)We welcome parental involvement during the photo shoot session and this can be fun for you too. No one knows your child better than you, so anything you can do to make your little one smile and laugh, or help to keep them calm is very helpful and can result in great, natural looking photos.

Q)Do you provide a photo editing service.
A)Yes, we are skilled in digital photo editing and can use this to produce impressive, composite style pictures for your prints or canvases in range of layouts. We can also produce your images in black and white if required for that classic look.
Q)How can I see the photos from the photo shoot?
A)After the photo shoot session we will prepare the best photos and submit them to your personal, secured photo gallery on our website. You will then receive an email notification containing your login details so you can view your photos from the shoot and share them with your friends and family.
You can then request any of the photos you see in your gallery in the format of your choice, in black and white, on canvas or in print, by stating the unique reference code of each photograph. This also allows you to order further photos in future when you require.
Q)Do you sell gift vouchers for photo shoot sessions?
A)A voucher from us makes a special gift for a friend or loved one. Gift vouchers are available for all types of photo shoot sessions, whether it's for a pregnancy shoot, a newborn baby, a toddler, or the whole family. You can order a gift voucher from us securely online by visiting the gift vouchers page of the website. This page also contains terms and conditions for our gift vouchers.
Q)How do I book my photo shoot and is a deposit required?
A)To book a photoshoot session with little ones portraits, just give us a call or email us with your requirements. We can then confirm a date for your shoot. We do ask for payment for your photoshoot session up front. See below for details on methods of payment.
Q)What methods of payment do you accept?
A)We accept secure payments online via paypal, or you can post a cheque. All cheques should be made payable to "Little Ones Portraits". If you do not have a paypal account you can create one easily on their website www.paypal.com.
Q)How long will it take for my canvases and/or prints to arrive?
A)Please allow around 10 working days for delivery of your items.
